My name is Julie Roche I am 23 years old and come from Cork, a city in the south of Ireland. I recently graduated from University College Cork, having studied English, Irish and German. I have always had a strong passion for languages and am currently learning Spanish. I decided to come spend the year here at SJE, as I wanted to challenge myself and gain further experience in education. I spent an Erasmus year in Sevilla in 2018 and fell in love with the Spanish culture and traditions. It made sense when this opportunity arose that I would return. I am really looking forward to helping the students realize their potential where language is concerned, and hopefully learn from them too. In my free time I enjoy hiking, travelling and free diving. In my first few days here at SJE, I have felt incredibly welcome and content. I am excited for what is to come!
